Details of the attending registration

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.

3. Students must provide proof of their status by suitable document to the conference secretariat.

4. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

5. The registration fee does not include:  ① Accommodation  ② Visa application fee   ③ Transportation fare.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

For the Submission Fee

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

For the Participation fee (Without Submission)

* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund

* From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After the Registration day of the conference: no refund

Conference Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to "Force Majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
